Especially when watching your weight what you drink can make a big difference in your calories intake. Without knowing you can be consuming more than a fair share of calories with these four drinks listed below. You can sneak in a lot of calories with beverages especially these four. So, whether you are watching your weight or just want to eat healthier, taking a look at what you drink is very essential and can make a difference to achieving that goal. Pay special attention to these four beverages:
1. Coffee: Drinking coffee especially with 100% fat dairy, artificial flavorings, and additional extras such as chocolate sprinkles and cinnamon can pack as many calories and fat as a meal. Think about it a cup of coffee can contain as much calories as a meal and you don’t know it. As far as calories is concerned 2 cups of coffee and a meal is equal to three meals. If that is your break fast you have consumed as much calories as needed for the day. The best option is to have your coffee plain with only soymilk or better yet antioxidant rich green tea, get the same result but in a better way.
2. Cocktails: Those frothy summer cocktails will take you from zero to up to eight hundred calories in a fly. Whether you are have margarita or pina colada, the sweeter the more packs of calories some of them can easily top 800 calories per drink. Want to double dose your calories in a sweet way, have your summer cocktails very sweet this is due to alcohol and sugar. A better choice alternative would be a glass of red wine although wine has mostly between 60 – 100 calories it is far much better than cocktails that can top 800 calories per serving.
3. Juice Drinks: Most of the juice drinks are not any better than regular sugar water and some kind of coloring to it. Make sure you check for the sweeteners and calories before you buy or drink Juice drinks, simply read the label it will tell you if it’s 100% juice or made with real juice. You do not want the made with real juice because the percentage of the real juice in it is insignificant you should always buy the 100% juice.
4. Soda: This is just pure sugar water and some coloring, pure and simple. If you are spending money on soda you are simply burning your money and adding an excessive amount of calories to your body, you might as well buy some coloring, get your water add bunch of sugar to it and add your coloring if you like put it in a soda can or bottle it does not matter. For soda addict thinking that it is a thirst quencher it is time to re-think you need to break that habit because you are not doing yourself any favor. A much better alternative would be drink your water cold. If you like add a spoon of sugar (not suggested). Simply put just break eliminate soda as a treat and stop reaching for it.

Losing weight is one of the hardest things to do. I have fought that thought for years as I want to lose weight and most of all keep it off. I do not want to diet because after dieting the weight comes right.
I started searching because I know there must be a way a genuine and healthy way to lose weight and keep it off without spending tons of money, dieting, surgery, starving, or working out 24 hours, well there is such a way and I found it.
This list below will let you lose weight and keep it off.
1. Your Mind: It is correct to say that the mind is the most power of all gifts and it is free but we use it loosely. What ever your mind can conceive you can achieve. Know that what you want to do (lose weight) is not easy but it is very achievable people like you do it all the time you only need to truly make up your mind no matter what to do it. Constantly see yourself the way you want to look after the weight is gone and do not lose focus of that picture because that is you from the point you made up your mind. Write down the reasons why you want to lose weight and constantly remind yourself why you want to do it. Just to remind you that there have been few things in your life that you’ve had to do and you have been able to achieve them could be going to school, raising your kids, working, your job, riding bicycle, something you thought was impossible at first until you have made up your mind, you know what it is you need to go through that process again. Spend more time making up your mind before you start. You see I even spent more time here writing about this because of its importance.
2. Your Meal Portion: The idea here is to boost your metabolism and the best way to do that is to eat often but small quantity regardless of what it is although some foods are better than others and will help you faster. This process tricks the body to produce more chemical needed to break down proteins, fats and carbohydrates into energy needed to fuel all body functions. Now that we have and use more energy than what we take in we end up using more of the stored fat which results in weight loss.
3. Watch What You Eat: After you eat the body releases enzymes to break down proteins into amino acids, fats into fatty acids, and carbohydrates into simple sugar. All these are used as energy sources by the body when needed. Eating more sugar will throw you metabolic process into a fat storage mode because it has enough from the carbohydrates and the stored fat already.
4. Drink enough water: The body needs at least 64 ounces of water daily to stay well hydrated which is very essential to flush the toxic byproducts of used body energy. My friend and I joined a weight-loss organization. At one meeting the instructor held up an apple and a candy bar.
"What are the attributes of this apple," she asked, "and how do they relate to our diet?"
"Low in calories" and "lots of fiber," were among the answers.
She then detailed what was wrong with eating candy, and concluded, "Apples are not only more healthful but also less expensive. Do you know I paid fifty-five cents for this candy bar?" We stared as she held aloft the forbidden treat.
From in back of the room a small voice spoke up. "I'll give you seventy-five cents for it."

My Way to Wellness Pronto
If there is an “it”, this is it. I have found it a place where you can loose weight, eat right, have fun and make lots of money.
A company that is committed to a vision of total wellness, cellular science, attention to detail and quality control, no one can ask for more than this. Majority of their products are listed in the Physicians Desk Reference for Non prescription Drugs, dietary supplements and herbs.
I am mostly attracted to their unbelievable weight lose products that work. Finally I was able to use a natural product that will not leave toxins in my body and the product actually work. I have already started seeing the effects and I have just started, hence I am dedicating this blog to the success and progress of this my newly created program using this product.
Because I feel good already, I am now planning to incorporate a 5 to 10 minutes walk daily to help the product achieve its maximum result. I usually feel tired but with the help of another one of their products I am able to acquire considerable amount of energy that lasts hours, best of all it is sugar free.
