Healthy lifestyle continued

Today I am going to talk about one of the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle which is your health, suprised? Guess not, Good Health is not something that you buy from a drug store or a department store, but can be achieved by practicing collective patterns of health-related behavior, based on choices made from available options.

Following this logic, if you wish to realize the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, you have to repeat some healthy pattern as a part of your daily or weekly activities, some patterns like eating right and exercising. Other benefits includes: Reduced health care costs, reduced illness and injuries, reduced doctors visit, Keeps you employed and improved employee/employer relations.

I like to talk straight to the point, it saves you time and dilivers the message. Helping America live long.

First Day Blogging

Today is the 2nd of March 2008, the day started out very nice, warm and light windy. It is about 9:55 pm and it has been raining since 4:pm, not so nice any more.





I will be posting blogs about healthy and good lifestyles, the benefits, how to achieve and keep living it. I have always said that it is not enough to live but to live a high quality life. I hope to reach as many people as I can with this simple and clear method to point out how to reap the benefits of a healthy lifestyle while reducing the risks of chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol, skin disorders, emotional and psychosocial problems to mention just a few.





From time to time I will mix it up with something not so serious, something a bit funny just to cheer you up :-). I'll be adding bits and pieces of who I am, just so you have an idea.





For today it's enough to know that With the increased understanding of our body that we have gained from science over the past few decades, the benefits of a healthy lifestyle are becoming more apparent, along with the reasons why we should detoxify the body at least once a year. For people of all ages, weights, and abilities the benefits of a healthy lifestyle are endless.
